The local pharmacists also play an important role in healthcare by providing competent advice directly to patients. The PHOENIX group operates a total of around 1,500 dispensing pharmacies in 12 European markets. We therefore regard patients and consumers as customers of our retailing business area. more
Supplier Services
In 19 countries, we provide our expertise as a logistical service provider to companies in the pharmaceutical industry. We manage cold chain goods and narcotics in addition to regular drugs and pharmaceutical products, on behalf of the pharmaceutical manufacturers. These goods place heavy demands on the logistical processes in terms of careful handling and security.
