The PHOENIX group, Mannheim, leading pharmaceutical wholesaler in Europe, is inviting scientists to participate in its traditional PHOENIX Pharmacy Science Award. The prize money totals 40,000 EUR. Scientists at pharmaceutical institutes, research institutes and research units from pharmaceutical companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland are asked to participate.
PHOENIX’s Science Award honours innovative and high-quality original scientific work with pharmaceutical relevance in the four categories of pharmacology, pharmaceutical biology, pharmaceutical chemistry and pharmaceutical technology. The prize winners will be choosen by an expert jury led by Prof Jörg Kreuter of Goethe University’s Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology, Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
The PHOENIX Pharmaceutics Science Award is one of the most prestigious German scientific awards and is now in its 15th year. The deadline for applications is 15 July 2011.
