Who we are looking for

If you can realte to these points, we should get to know each other.

Do you have a master´s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a similar field from a renowned university?

Do you already have practical experience abroad, are you nearing the end of your doctorate, or do you even have up to two years of professional experience?

You have a strong interest in financial topics and are keen to spend a few months in another European country?

Very good English skills, excellent communiation skills, intercultural competences, and the ability to work in a team round off your profile.

What you can expect from the application process

CV SCREENING

All applications will be carefully reviewed. You will usually receive a response within a few business days. In addition to your resume, please submit a cover letter explaining your motivation for applying to the IGNITE Excellence Program.


1. Round

An initial video interview gives you the opportunity to talk about your previous experience, skills, and competencies. We will also discuss your motivations and interest in the Finance Excellence Program, as well as your career goals. In addition, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions that are important to you.


2. Round

The recruitment process is rounded off with the preparation of a case study, coupled with an on-site interview with a finance director and HR business partner. We would be delighted to welcome you to this interview in person in Mannheim.
