I enjoy interacting and working with the diverse colleagues in the depot. I appreciate that I am on a fixed route and therefore see the same customers daily. I have built up a great relationship with them. I also enjoy managing my own time when I am out on the road. I have my route and my schedule and can plan well for my day.
The role as a driver is fulfilling and PHOENIX make it easy to learn and do. Processes are clearly defined, and training is excellent. There are great benefits such as: you get to take your van home, so you save on transport costs to and from work. The salary package is very competitive, and I feel financially well renumerated.
