Change in the Executive Board: Anderson and Herfeld hand over to Sowada and Wallisch
The PHOENIX group announces a change in its Executive Board effective 1 February 2026. Steve Anderson and Stefan Herfeld will step down from their roles as Executive Board Members at their own request.
The PHOENIX group has published its Sustainability Report 2024/25. In the reporting period, the group of companies focussed on the topics climate protection, human rights, and preparations for the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
The company has set an official target to become CO2 -neutral in its own business operations by the year 2030. We want to avoid and reduce our emissions by at least 30 per cent (Scope 1 + 2 emissions). PHOENIX thereby underlines its commitment to creating added value for society and the environment beyond our mission in the healthcare sector.
