Here’s how to sign up for Speakap:
Don’t have a PHOENIX email address?
- You should receive an email to your personal email address registered with PHOENIX.
- Open the email with the subject line “You’ve been invited to Speakap” and click the invitation link to Speakap.
- Create a password (at least 8 characters).
- Download the “PHOENIX Speakap” app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Log in with your personal email address and password.
- That’s it - you’re now registered with Speakap.
Do you have a PHOENIX email address?
- Open your PHOENIX email inbox.
- Look for the email with the subject line:
- “You’re invited to join Speakap.”
- Click the green “Join Now” button.
- Enter your first and last name. Create a password (at least 8 characters).
- Click “Register.”
- Download the “PHOENIX Speakap” app from the App Store or Google Play Store
- Log in with your email address and password.
- Done - you’re now logged in to Speakap.

So melden Sie sich bei Speakap an:
Sie haben KEINE PHOENIX E-Mail-Adresse?
- Gehen Sie am Terminal in das Mitarbeiter-Portal.
- Öffnen Sie im ATOSS Staff Center das Personal-Portal.
- Scrollen Sie zu Kontaktdaten und tragen Sie Ihre private E-Mailadresse im Feld „Speakap E-Mail“ ein. Speichern.
- Sie erhalten zeitnah eine Einladungs-E-Mail für Speakap an diese Adresse.
- Öffnen Sie die E-Mail mit dem Betreff “Du wurdest zu Speakap eingeladen” und klicken Sie auf den Einladungs-Link zu Speakap.
- Erstellen Sie ein Passwort (mindestens 8 Zeichen).
- Laden Sie die App „PHOENIX Speakap“ im App Store oder Google Play Store herunter.
- Melden Sie sich mit Ihrer privaten E-Mail-Adresse und dem Passwort an.
Fertig – Sie sind jetzt bei Speakap angemeldet.
Sie haben eine PHOENIX E-Mail-Adresse?
- Öffnen Sie Ihr PHOENIX E-Mail-Postfach.
- Suchen Sie die E-Mail mit dem Betreff:
„Sie sind eingeladen, Speakap beizutreten“. - Klicken Sie auf den grünen Button „Jetzt beitreten“.
- Geben Sie Ihren Vor- und Nachnamen ein.
- Erstellen Sie ein Passwort (mindestens 8 Zeichen).
- Klicken Sie auf „Registrieren“.
- Laden Sie die App „PHOENIX Speakap“ im App Store oder Google Play Store herunter.
- Melden Sie sich mit Ihrer E-Mail-Adresse und Ihrem Passwort an.
Fertig – Sie sind jetzt bei Speakap angemeldet.
