Dual studies

In a dual study programme, you can already gain relevant practical experience during your studies. This gives you the best prerequisites for an excellent start to your professional life - an advantage for the students and also for us as a company. That's why the dual study programme is an integral part of our junior staff development program.

Combining theory with practice already during your studies - this is possible with us as part of the dual study programme in cooperation with the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Mannheim. The study modules there alternate with practical periods in our company - mainly at the locations in Mannheim and Fürth. In addition to their theoretical training, students thus have the direct opportunity to gain insights into a company that is successful throughout Europe and to set the basis for their professional career.
