Details of our trainee programme:

Start and duration

The trainee programme lasts 12 months. It is possible to join at any time.

Training on the job

The most important part of the programme is the four-month practical phases in two different sales directorates.

Here you will work both operationally and independently with your colleagues on site. You will also get to know important areas of the company headquarters and our subsidiaries and gain an insight into our retail business abroad.

Training off the job

Your personal development is important to us. For this reason, various seminars are an integral part of the trainee programme. In addition, our PHOENIX Academy programme is open to you.

What you bring with you

• Completed university studies in the field of economics, ideally with a sales focus
• Initial professional experience in sales, e.g. through internships
• Good command of English
• Unlimited mobility within Germany
• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Pragmatism, goal orientation and flexibility

Locations

As part of the trainee programme, you will work at various locations within Germany and in other European countries.

Perspective

At the end of the programme, you will join our German sales organisation, for example as an area sales manager in the sales field service or as a consultant.
